The Directors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and The Governors of The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are looking for a motivated and dedicated Assistant Cook. The successful candidate can look forward to the opportunity of working within our busy catering team, planning, preparing and serving meals to our students. As an Assistant Cook, you will: • support the Catering Manager in the delivery of an effective, timely break and lunch service; • provide great customer service to the students, staff and visitors; • be a team player and supportive of others; • have previous experience working in catering; • be responsible for the health & safety legislation and compliance with food standards legislation. The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College holistically educates students from the age of 11 to 18 (Year 7 through to Year 13). We are part of the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust and belong to the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle.
