Job overview

We seek an Assistant Head who can inspire, someone with confidence and exceptional qualities, to join our warm and dedicated team, starting from either January 2025 or September 2024.

The chosen candidate will oversee reporting, data and tracking and will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team. As a class teacher, they will engage with a diverse curriculum, reflecting the wide ranging and encompasses many aspects of the life of the School. We value vision and creativity in our teachers.

In addition to the specific duties and responsibilities outlined below, the Assistant Head works with the Deputy Head and other members of the SMT to implement the strategic vision for the School. This involves maintaining the School’s community presence, to engage effectively with parents and other stakeholders and to assist in recruitment and retention through the continual improvement of standards and provision. Public speaking engagements, both formal and informal, speaking to parents, prospective parents and a range of other audiences, as well as supporting the School’s calendar of events.

The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality, a good sense of humour and the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships across the whole School community.
