Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual for the newly created post of Assistant Principal (Inclusion).

The successful candidate must firmly believe that every child, regardless of their circumstances, can achieve excellent outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Ensured sustained positive outcomes for all children through consistently ‘great’ teaching
  • Led the strategic development of ‘evidence-informed’, inclusive practices
  • Coached and mentored colleagues across school, at different career stages, securing improved outcomes for all children, including those with high levels of educational need
  • Contributed to multi-agency work leading to improved pupil outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
