Over 95% of staff say that Longfield is great place to work and learn, and our students support this statement. Since being appointed as the Head of Longfield, the Academy has demonstrated significant progress towards becoming a good school. Our February monitoring visit stated: Staff recognise the improvements in pupils’ behaviour and now feel well supported by leaders. Pupils feel safe at school. Staff said the school is well led by the new headteacher ... leaders are clear about the actions they are taking One member of staff said, “it feels like we are a team again.”
