We are an OUTSTANDING Ofsted rated, 4 form entry primary school

(over 850 children on roll)

Main Pay Scale + SEN Allowance

Full Time is preferable but hours are negotiable

Start Date : As soon as possible

We are looking to appoint an Assistant SENCO / SEN Teacher to join our SEN Team

· An organised and dynamic individual with an energetic and flexible approach in managing the day to day operational work of the SENCO

· An experienced and creative teacher with a proven record of outstanding SEND support across a range of needs who is able to inspire and lead staff in the provision of effective high quality support which enables SEND pupils to make excellent progress and achieve the best possible outcomes. 

· The person appointed will have experience and genuine enthusiasm for working with children with identified barriers to learning

· You must be a good/outstanding classroom teacher and highly proficient in all aspects of the professional standards

· Have excellent communication skills

· You will be working with our Vice-Principal / SENCO, an a team of skilled and effective SEN Teaching assistants,

· Be someone who is willing to go the extra mile
