Baylis Court School is a popular and oversubscribed school for girls aged 11-18 in Slough, Berkshire. We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible a Cover Administrator to join our fantastic community.
We seek to appoint an experienced Cover Administrator who will be responsible organising daily short-term supply teachers and arranging cover for continuing absences on a daily basis. In addition, you will provide general administration and any other duties directed by the Administration Manager.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbally. You will be able to work as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. If you are highly motivated and believe that you have these qualities, and are interested in working as part of our school team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
Previous school administration including dealing with Cover would be advantageous with a working knowledge of SIMS.
