Rushcroft Foundation School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Deputy Head of English to join our passionate and highly motivated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated professional who would like to work in an Academy focussed on consistently raising the attainment of all pupils.
The successful candidate will have the dedication, commitment and keen knowledge of pedagogical research to raise the attainment of all students at every level. We are always looking for ambitious professionals who are eager to develop their talents and would potentially offer a role with additional responsibility to a suitable applicant. Applications are equally welcome from experienced teachers as well as NQTs; with effective and supportive induction schemes for both.
