GLF Schools’ The Beacon School in Banstead is looking for a new Deputy Headteacher to join them in September 2024.
We seek to recruit an outstanding leader who will understand, inspire and contribute to the strategic leadership and development of our school.

As an experienced Deputy Headteacher, or an Assistant Headteacher with a track record of significant impact in school improvement, you will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of excellence and be committed to championing the needs of our students to support them in achieving their full potential. Working collaboratively as part of the Senior Leadership Team you will work at the forefront of modern education, harnessing the power of expert teaching to provide an exceptional learning experience and making a positive impact in the community.
Candidates should be driven by a clear moral purpose and a passion for working with young people. You must act as a role model to staff and students, build teams, and empower others.
