The Governors of The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Inclusion who is committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education. This post commences on Monday 17th April 2023 and offers an exciting career development opportunity in an Ofsted " Outstanding " school for a hard-working , inspirational and ambitious leader.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Assistant or Deputy Headteacher who:

  • Is committed to supporting and developing the Catholic ethos of the School.
  • Has energy, enthusiasm, and a record of raising achievement.
  • Has proven leadership qualities.
  • Has the ability to lead, manage and inspire.
  • Has the ability, skill, and experience to manage long-term objectives whilst dealing effectively with fast-moving daily priorities.

The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School is an ambitious and caring community, committed to fulfilling the gifts of each student, reflected in the School’s mission statement “All things for Christ, Education for All = Achievement for All”.

The Director of Inclusion will lead a team of Assistant Headteachers and Pastoral leaders in ensuring that all children in our community are supported to fulfil their potential.

The role will commence:  Spring term 2023.
