(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
1 year fixed-term contract
Salary: £22,031 - £25,518 per annum
We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant with preferably at least two years’ experience of supporting a manager at a senior level. Working as part of the Executive Support team, you will provide comprehensive, efficient and high level support to a designated member of the Senior Management Team. Your duties will include undertaking research and supporting with preparation of reports and presentations, extensive diary management, arranging, servicing and minuting meetings, dealing with internal and external customers and planning and organising events.
This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right person who must be able to remain calm under pressure, be well organised and able to communicate effectively.
Applicants should have a minimum of a level 3 qualification or extensive, relevant work experience.
