Outwood Grange Academies Trust are looking for a dynamic, creative, hard-working and inspirational teacher to join our primary leadership team in the position of EYFS Leader. This position is awarded with TLR 2.1 and represents an exceptional opportunity to develop your leadership skills and knowledge. You will be focusing on outstanding teaching and learning for every child, and committed to the personal development and career progression of all staff.

This role does include a teaching responsibility, therefore a QTS qualification is essential. This is a permanent position starting in September 2024.

In the first instance, you will be based at Outwood Primary Academy Ledger Lane.

As an EYFS Lead, you will be appointed to the Trust within the Central Cluster for our primary academies. You will therefore, may be required to work in any of OGAT’s primary academies within the Central Cluster, or in any of the schools/academies the Trust may be supporting as directed by the Executive Principal. The academies within our Central Cluster are:

  • Outwood Primary Academy Lofthouse Gate
  • Outwood Primary Academy Ledger Lane
  • Outwood Primary Academy Park Hill
  • Outwood Primary Academy Kirkhamgate
  • Outwood Primary Academy Greenhill
