Permanent Contract
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Years Team Leader to lead a team of 2 classes in our busy and thriving school.
We require our Team Leaders:
- to be exemplary in the classroom
- able to organise and monitor the learning of up to 60 pupils with the support of an established SLT
- have the ability to review quality of teaching, learning and assessment
- are able to deploy support staff
- will be a member of the SLT contributing to the strategic leadership of the school
- are able to communicate well with a wide range of audiences to ensure strong links with our local pre-schools.
- have proven KS1 experience
- is able to develop our positive team spirit in an ever-changing landscape

The school attained a GOOD status, in our last OFSTED inspection, of which we are very proud. We have written our own curriculum that is embedded in the school and our locality. Our philosophy for hands on learning with strong cross curricular links is a strength of our school and highlighted in our OFSTED report.
