Primary Location: This post is based at Southgate, but the post-holder may be required to work at other sites.

The Funding & Data Coordinator of MIS at Barnet and Southgate College plays a pivotal role in ensuring the college’s compliance and success in Further and Higher Education delivery. With a focus on managing funding and compliance matters, the role requires effective collaboration and management to deliver an excellent Management Information Systems (MIS) data service. The position involves developing and implementing efficient processes aligned with funding body requirements, ensuring accurate tracking, and reporting of recruitment and funding performance data.

The Funding & Data Coordinator is entrusted with managing and overseeing critical aspects such as all funding data submissions, curriculum planning, course file management, timetable and registers, funding awareness and training the MIS staff under your remit in any changes to the Individual Learner Record (ILR) and data quality assurance. Utilising a range of software tools, the role requires a blend of technical expertise, forward thinking, and effective management to provide key operational performance information to the Funding and Data Manager.
