Situated in East Sussex among 22 acres of idyllic Wealden countryside, Skippers Hill Manor Preparatory School is an independent school in Five Ashes, near Mayfield, for boys and girls aged two to thirteen years. The successful candidate will be an aspiring prep school Head, ready now to lead a thriving school into the next phase of its development. They will bring an outward-facing approach and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the interpersonal skills to engage and work closely with a highly supportive community of staff, parents and children.

This person will be outwardly visible and approachable and with a genuine alignment to the ethos and values of Skippers Hill. Experience of working in a 13+ prep school is desirable, though not essential.
