Le Régent International School cherche à nommer un/une responsable du département de Langues & Enseignant(e) de français (littérature et FLE) de la section Junior à l’IB, à partir de Septembre 2024 ou Janvier 2025.
Le Régent International School
Fondé en 2015, Le Régent est une école mixte suisse en internat et en externat en pleine expansion avec un programme académique international. Un peu plus de 260 élèves de Suisse et du monde entier sont éduqués sur un campus moderne au cœur des Alpes valaisannes, dans la station de ski attrayante et animée de Crans-Montana. Le Régent est sous la direction de l'Institut Le Rosey (www.rosey.ch) depuis août 2019.
Le Régent suit un programme académique rigoureux en langues étrangères et en français en préparation au Programme du Diplôme du Baccalauréat International (IB) et à son propre diplôme, the Régent Graduation Diploma, tout en cultivant les talents individuels de chaque élève grâce à sa diversité d'activités parascolaires, notamment sportives, artistiques, musicales et de montagne.
Le département de Langues
Le département de Langues est un département clé au Régent International School. Le chef de département est responsable d’une équipe dynamique de 18 enseignants de culture et de langues différentes (français, espagnol, mandarin, allemand, italien, arabe, turc, russe, japonais…).
Les programmes d’études varient en fonction du niveau des élèves allant de cours de niveau débutant aux cours de littérature dans la langue cible. Les élèves ont la possibilité de passer l’iGCSE, le DELF, le DELE, le GOETHE et les examens HSK. Nous avons dernièrement renforcé l’étude des langues maternelles dès l’école secondaire afin de préparer les élèves au BI Langue A.
