Radley College is an independent boarding school of 760 boys situated five miles south of Oxford which boasts its own S&C Centre, designed to maximise sporting potential across all abilities, offering state of the art strength and conditioning provision.
The Head of Strength and Conditioning is an exciting position that will allow the successful candidate to contribute to the further development of sport at Radley. The successful applicant will have a high degree of self-confidence, dynamism and inter-personal skills, to develop a good rapport with students, colleagues and parents. They will be passionate about sport and athletic development and have strong background in high performance sport.
A willingness to be flexible with working hours, in line with the requirements of the role is essential along with an outstanding professional demeanour and high levels of personal and professional integrity.
