Head of Visual Arts
From September 2024 we are seeking to appoint a full-time Head of Visual Arts who is able to teach to a very high standard of professional practice with a view to ensuring that pupils acquire detailed understanding in the subject and they secure good results in their Art examinations.
As the Head of Visual Arts, you will lead, develop, and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, which enables the highest level of pupil progress and attainment.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for their subject and be committed to developing active learning strategies to challenge and inspire our students from year 7 through to Sixth Form including GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB). A working knowledge of ICT is essential, as is a willingness to contribute to other school activities in a thriving boarding environment.
