The Governing body of Kirkroyds Infant & Wooldale Junior Schools Federation are seeking an inspirational leader with the expertise to enable everyone in their care to achieve their full potential. Our team of committed Governors seek an experienced head teacher with a clear vision for the continued development of the Federation. You will uphold our values and strike a balance between stability and strategically leading; and taking the Federation forward at a local, regional and national level.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and dynamic practitioner with an excellent past record. You will need to assimilate, appreciate and understand what has already been achieved and show a commitment to building on the Federations successes and continue to develop and drive forward whole school improvement.
You will need a good sense of humour and be an inspirational, strategic thinker. Your charisma and creativity will need to be coupled with the expertise to support and develop staff and students alike. You will be committed to ensuring that safeguarding policy is robust and implemented efficiently, whilst promoting the welfare of the whole school community and should expect all staff, governors and volunteers to share this.
You will need to be able to foster a caring school community where the well-being of all is paramount and children understand the value of supporting one another. A passionate approach to ensuring all children continue to have a broad and balanced curriculum that enriches the complete social, spiritual and academic learning experience for everyone is essential.
