Job overview
The Governors, children, staff and school community are seeking to appoint a headteacher to join the school for September 2018. They are looking for an inspirational leader who will work in close partnership with parents, the school community and partners to ensure all children have the best possible chance to do well. They seek an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about education, who will constantly strive for excellence and will continue to develop the school so that it moves from good to outstanding.
The governors are looking to appoint someone who:
- has excellent communication and personal skills with a willingness to engage with all stakeholders;
- has considerable experience of working with and engaging positively with parents, the wider community and other relevant partners;
- can demonstrate success at leading and bringing about change to sustain improvement;
- has experience of monitoring teaching & learning and the curriculum to bring about improvements.
