Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' academy, providing cutting edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH. We currently have 7 schools and campuses across Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Wokingham.
We are looking for a pro-active and well organised HR Administrator to work in our busy, fast paced HR team. You will be working alongside our current HR Administrator and Senior HR Administrator to support HR across the Trusts schools including recruitment and all HR matters and ensure the smooth running of these processes.
You would need to have a proven track record of working in a HR environment, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability and have substantial administration experience. A minimum of a CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential, but the drive to develop yourself is a must. Some travel to our others sites is likely.
You will join a talented, loyal, and hardworking team dedicated to improving outcomes for our students. Cover for reception when needed.
