Role:             HR Business Partner

Location:      The Haberdashers School, Elstree, Hertfordshire

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Elstree. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt quickly and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders across the organisation. You will play a vital role within the department representing the People Team to the wider school community. 

In addition to partnering a specific school, the HRBP will play a key role on 'all Schools' HR projects and processes to drive people and organisational improvements such as change programmes, employee engagement, ED&I and/ or compensation and benefits.

Person Specification

Qualifications:

• Level 5 CIPD qualified 
• Bachelor’s degree 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience as a HR Business Partner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
