Purpose of the role is to work with the Head and Assistant Head of Faculty to develop teacher pedagogy and effective implementation of the curriculum to raise standards and outcomes. Candidates should demonstrate their experience and impact in developing staff to improve the outcomes of pupils in their supporting statement.
