Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Commerce department to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field. Holders of a Master's degree in Commerce are preferred.
  • Teaching qualification/certification
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience teaching Commerce in the British curriculum, with at least 3 years as a Head of Department
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of assessment practices and curriculum development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
