Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Commerce department to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences
- Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that prepares students for success in the global economy

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to enhance the department's performance and contribute to the school's overall success
- Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders to support the growth and development of the Commerce program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field. Holders of a Master's degree in Commerce are preferred.
- Teaching qualification/certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience teaching Commerce in the British curriculum, with at least 3 years as a Head of Department
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of assessment practices and curriculum development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
