The Role: The Manager of Resourced Provision for Autism will:

  • Contribute to Academy policy and practice.
  • Lead the RP for Autism, aligning with the Academy’s aims and objectives.
  • Develop, implement, review, and evaluate the RP for Autism under the Vice Principal’s direction.
  • Build the capacity of mainstream staff to include ASC students through communication, training, and exemplary practice.
  • Maintain good liaison with parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory SEN regulations and legislation.
  • Advise on curriculum and assessment procedures for ASC learners.
  • Lead a team of AS support staff.
