Collingham Independent GCSE and Sixth-Form College, a leading independent college with 50 years of experience, seeks an outstanding A-Level and GCSE Business Studies teacher for a part-time Maternity cover position (approximately 10-15 hours per week), to start in the Autumn Term of 2024, for the academic year.

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent Subject Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the A-Level Business Studies curriculum.
• Outstanding Classroom Management: Effectively manage student behavior and maintain high expectations.
• Strong Record Keeping: Meticulously monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Leadership Potential: Motivate and manage others, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Safeguarding Commitment: Actively support and implement the College's safeguarding, child protection, pastoral care, behaviour, and discipline policies.

Additional Details:

• Flexible Hours: There is some flexibility in the scheduling of teaching hours.
