The Remarkable Group has been established for over 50 years, providing the highest quality services for autistic young people. Wargrave House School (ages 5 – 16) & Ascent College (ages 16 – 25) operate a no maintained special school and independent specialist college with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to young people with Autism. We are the first national provider to receive Beacon status from the National Autistic Society.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our People and Culture team with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment-related administrative tasks. Your partnership with the People and Culture Assistant will be essential in delivering excellent service.

We are seeking a team player who can seamlessly integrate their previous expertise into an evolving organisation. A commitment to professionalism is necessary, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

As the initial point of contact for People and Culture enquiries, you will assess and manage requests, escalating them when necessary. Your primary focus will involve working with our internal database, ensuring precise recording of staff data changes in line with Remarkable policies and procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the monthly payroll cycle and handle general People and Culture administrative duties.
