The Creative Industries department are looking for a performing Arts Technician to support vocal training workshops, and carry out musical directing responsibilities for performances leading up to the various shows for both FE and HE provision.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated and experienced performing arts technician, to work alongside our team, and in ensuring the quality of our students musical skills development, and in particular working on their vocal techniques for musical theatre and musical directing shows .
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a sound understanding of the performing arts curriculum, and flexibility to work the 4hrs a week around our current curriculum timetable to meet various needs including, vocal training workshops, auditions and musical direction.
A degree or relevant performing arts qualification supported by relevant industry experience is essential.
