Tes is supporting the appointment of a Phase Lead to join a Primary Academy based in Brent.

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Kensal Rise, NW6

Salary: Main Pay Scale AM1 – AM6 (£37,667 - £48,857) + TLR

Hours: Full time

Contract: Permanent

As Phase Lead you will be a model of quality and will have a chance to have a much wider impact in the school and on your team. You will be developing, leading and holding to account a team of peers, enabling the highest levels of behaviour, progress and attainment for all. The phase will be 6 classes across two year groups in a Key Stage that suits the experience of the successful applicant.
