We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity where you can make a lasting impact on the future of the media industry - right from the first step!

We are searching for a receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our school, ensuring that everyone who enters our reception area experiences a warm and positive introduction to Global Academy. We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual who will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our reception area.

With exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, the Receptionist will be responsible for handling interactions with children, parents, staff, and external agencies with sensitivity and professionalism.

In addition to creating a positive first impression, this role will also involve contributing to the effective administration of the Academy - including attendance tracking, industry projects and other administrative tasks.

Other information

We also have an internal role of Medical Needs Co-ordinator available for a suitably experienced candidate.

This role involves:

  • Controlling access to medicines and medical equipment
  • Administering medicine when required
  • Liaising with new students and their families regarding medical needs

An additional payment of £1,500 would apply for the holder of this role. If you are interested in this additional role, please state this in your application.

Welcome to Global Academy – a unique media school for Year 10 – 13 students in West London that prepares young people for a career in the creative media industry in partnership with Global - one of the world’s leading media and entertainment groups.
