37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm • 40 weeks per year (Term time plus 6 weeks)

We are looking to appoint an experienced SLT and Safeguarding Admin Lead to support to the Deputy Head Pastoral and the wider SLT team.  

The SLT Assistant will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of various administrative processes within the Foundation and will ensure the work of the SLT admin Team is covered at all times. 

This role will support the administration of the student tracking system, CPOM and ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and using the system correctly. 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for triaging concerns and assigning to appropriate DDSL which will include access to highly confidential pupil information.

Successful candidates should have strong IT skills and proven administrative and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to achieve targets and deadlines.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and a commitment to accuracy and high quality work are essential.

Aldenham School is an independent, mixed day and boarding school for pupils aged 3 to 18. The school was established in 1597 and still sits on the same site.

The governing body of the school includes representatives from local bodies including the Brewer’s Company and the Diocese of St Albans. It is operated by the Aldenham School Charity, and has 800 pupils.
