1 Full time, Fixed term to cover Maternity Leave, Start date September 2024

Applications are invited for these roles within our ‘Outstanding’ Special School for pupils with Severe or Complex Learning Difficulties. The post would suit a candidate devoted to meeting pupils’ complex special needs with experience within a Special School or Mainstream Primary context. You will have the proven capacity to meet the complex learning and care needs of SEN pupils to the very highest standards relative to the stage in your career.

Cromwell School is an oversubscribed 140 place school for pupils aged 11-19yrs with complex difficulties. The school is organised to best meet the diverse range of needs including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism with severe learning needs (ASC), and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

A thorough induction will be provided for the successful candidate taking into account their previous experience. The school is fully committed to the self-evaluation process leading to continuing professional development.
