Job overview
Bristol Grammar School are seeking a Student Helpdesk Administrator to join our busy school office team. The primary function of this role is be the first point of contact within the student help desk, and resolving queries. Other responsibilities include managing the school’s lost property, helping maintain school data systems and involvement in the administration of the school registration process. The successful candidate will have strong organisation skills and be able to work flexibly and adapt to the requirements of the role.
