35 hours per week TTO Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm

Required as soon as possible a Student Support Officer 

The Student Support Officer role provides support for the Assistant Headteacher/Heads of Year by providing daily support for the students’ welfare, academic achievement, behaviour, and attitudes to learning. Working directly and indirectly with, and on behalf of, students, parents, school staff and appropriate external agencies.

The Student Support officer will have high expectations for all students and demand high standards of uniform, punctuality, attendance, behaviour, and attitudes to learning, in line with the school’s policies.

The role will be paid on Grade F Point 9 giving an annual salary of £16,913.70 (Pay award pending)

This role would be suitable for a graduate considering a teaching profession.
