Are you looking for a role where you can make a positive difference in helping students overcome barriers to education? At Cressey College we are recruiting Teachers, to support and enable students with a range of complex additional needs.
Cressey College is a multi-site school for students (5-19) with social, emotional and attachment difficulties, with additional complex needs and / or particularly challenging behaviour. At Cressey College we succeed where previous schools have been unable to, ensuring a bright future for all of our students.
Our approach is nurture-base, which enables our pupils to feel safe with our high staff ratio and our therapeutic environment. We provide opportunities, which enable our students to develop their self-esteem, and confidence, which then supports them to engage in our broad school curriculum and meaningful activities in the community.

Experience of working with this group of vulnerable young people advantageous but not essential. NQTs are welcome to apply.
