The successful applicant will:
- be excited about developing Business Studies within the faculty
- teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5

- be able to inspire students and staff in order to develop a culture of high standards, expectations and outcomes for all
- be an excellent role-model and teacher of Business Studies
- have excellent communication skills to forge positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, support staff, governors and other community and business links

St Thomas Aquinas is a large and thriving Catholic comprehensive school situated in the town of Kings Norton, in the south of Birmingham. Along with seven local primary schools, it is part of Lumen Christi MAC, a growing Catholic Multi Academy. The secondary school with a sixth form educates girls and boys aged between 11 and 18. There are approximately 1,160+ pupils on roll with around 160 students in the Sixth Form.
