Permanent, part time (approx. 60% FTE)
We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, innovative and enthusiastic part-time Teacher of Drama (approx. 60% FTE over 4 days). The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Drama across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.
Drama is a subject option at both GCSE and A Level. We follow the AQA Specifications for both. At KS3, all students take part in weekly Drama lessons and can attend the regular extra-curricular Drama Clubs on offer. We have a very busy enrichment schedule which include Junior, Intermediate and Senior drama all of which put on annual productions. We also have our whole school musical every other year in addition to these.
Private Speech and Drama lessons are available, and we have a strong team of peripatetic teachers co-ordinating both LAMDA and Trinity external examinations.
Theatre visits are regular with trips into London and the surrounding area forming part of the drama curriculum. International Performing Arts Tours are also an exciting addition to the vast array of extra-curricular opportunities. Full commitment to such visits is an expected part of this position.

Luckley House School is a thriving coeducational Independent School, located in Wokingham, Berkshire, offering day and flexible boarding provision for pupils aged 11 to 18 years.
Entry to Luckley House School is available at 11+, 13+ and Sixth Form and in other year groups if places are available.
