· Has a proven record of excellent classroom practice

· Has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that inspire and motivate whole school commitment.
· Has a teaching specialism, qualification, training or experiences in English.

All staff understand that children may only begin to learn and thrive educationally when they are in a place where they feel safe and comfortable.
