Ingoldsby Academy is now recruiting for an awesome teaching assistant to join our lovely team of dedicated staff.

We are seeking applications from experienced teaching assistants as well as those new to the role. You could be a recent graduate, school leaver or someone looking to move into the education sector. We believe that your success in our school is more dependent on your values and commitment rather than your experience. 

This is a varied role, working across the school with the opportunity of additional hours for running after school clubs. 

This is a fixed term role until 31st August 2025.

Ingoldsby Academy is a small rural primary school close to Grantham, Bourne and Sleaford.

Who we are looking for the right person to:

  • work with pupils across the school in a variety of lessons including phonics 
  • supervise the gate in the mornings. 
  • support during break times 
  • maybe run an after school club
