KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aider tous les élèves à atteindre leur plein potentiel en accédant pleinement au programme d'études dispensé par l'enseignant de la classe. Cela peut inclure des plans d'éducation individuels, si nécessaire.
- Superviser des élèves ou groupes d'élèves au cours d'activités spécifiques dirigées par le professeur de classe y compris le nettoyage et la préparation de la classe, l'aide à la création/photocopie de supports pédagogiques, l'aide à l'évaluation, l'aide à la gestion quotidienne de la classe.
- Fournir une assistance pour répondre aux besoins émotionnels de chaque enfant.
- Contribuer à fournir un environnement d'apprentissage passionnant grâce à des activités et des panneaux d’affichage stimulants dans la classe.
- Favoriser de bonnes relations avec les parents.
- Travailler en équipe
- Prendre la responsabilité, le cas échéant, de planifier le travail en petits groupes.
- Superviser et manger avec les enfants à l'heure du déjeuner (selon l’emploi du temps), en veillant à ce que les enfants se tiennent bien à table, en les encourageant à manger et à se comporter de manière appropriée.
- Participer pleinement et activement à la vie de l'école et à ses activités.
