Job overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and possess excellent analytical skills. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you.

The Dare2Dream Foundation support vulnerable children and/or young people on a 1:1 basis with the aim of enhancing their mental health and social, emotional wellbeing. We work in partnership with schools, local authorities and like minded organisations.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator at The Dare2Dream Foundation, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Preparation - Accurately preparing and issuing invoices to our partners and donors.
  • Payment Management - Monitoring and recording incoming payments, ensuring they are processed promptly.
  • Account Reconciliation - Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collections - Communicating with partners about overdue accounts in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Customer Support - Addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Financial Reporting - Generating and analysing reports to assist in financial decision-making and planning.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar financial role

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret financial data effectively

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial principles

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Job Offer

Nuneaton based - The position is based in our Nuneaton Head Office where a flexible and friendly approach is required. We will consider part time and full time applicants.

The successful candidate can expect 31 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays + excellent progression, training and development opportunities
