We are looking for the right person, who will be supporting our apprentices through their Digital and/or Maths functional skills. This role will need energy and a desire to successfully support young people, with a variety of elements of their Apprentice journey, no two days are the same, you will need to be flexible, well-organised and resilient. There are some learners that have barriers to learning for various reasons (e.g. previous education experiences, additional learning needs), which this role will assist, helping learners to reach their full potential.

We can offer a career progression from coach mentor into a teaching assistant/teacher of Maths or English within this role. We believe in investing in our people.

The College offers full time teaching staff up to 46 days off per year (this includes 30 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and a period of operational closure at Christmas closure (which has been 8 days in recent years).
