Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Art Technician to join our successful Creative & Technology Faculty. As an Art Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting lesson preparation, maintaining the Art preparation room, managing stock and resources, and assisting with art displays and exhibitions. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support to both students and teachers in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lesson preparation and organization.
  • Maintain the Art preparation room, ensuring resources are well-organized.
  • Collaborate on art displays and exhibitions.
  • Provide technical support to students and teachers during classes.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in the Arts.
  • Practical skills relevant to the role.
  • A level Art or equivalent.

Position Details:

  • Salary: Scale 5 (point 13 - 15) £32,205 - £33,204 pro-rata.
  • Hours: 35 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (term time only plus 5 Inset days).
