The Assistant Head (Data and Exams) will design, implement and analyse student data, assessment, and interventions. The Assistant Head (Data and Exams) will play a pivotal role in ensuring good communication and a coordinated approach between academic and pastoral teams to support the progress of all students. Within their remit, the Assistant Head (Data and Exams) will be responsible for ensuring all students are the very best version of themselves through considered and effectively communicated monitoring as well as the reporting on student progress to both staff and parents, as appropriate. This role is a Senior Leadership Team position, and the Assistant Head (Data and Exams) will contribute to the operational management and strategic direction of the School, leading on data and examinations as part of that wider vision.

Applications are welcomed from people for whom this would be their first senior leadership post, and coaching support would be given to such applicants if they were appointed.
