You will develop, manage and enhance the school’s provision for pupils with a range of SEN. You will lead and co-ordinate a team of skilled teaching assistants and support colleagues in ensuring that all our students achieve the very best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have worked as a SENCo for at least two years.
· Have a proven track record of raising standards at whole school level
· Be aligned to our values and vision and have a heart for inclusive practice
· Be able to contribute to the whole school strategic vision
· Have a professional understanding of inclusion and strategies for supporting and engaging young people
· Possess the drive, energy, resilience and warmth to lead others.

The White Hills Park Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Nottinghamshire. Formed in 2012, it currently comprises two secondary schools, three primary schools and a special school and we are embarking on a period of steady growth.
