We are seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for behaviour & standards. You will possess the experience and skills necessary to manage the school’s behaviour and pastoral systems, fostering outstanding pupil attitudes and outcomes. You will lead the Year group teams in implementing behaviour policy and pupil support, using data to identify trends and target interventions effectively. As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will also be committed to safeguarding all students. · Have recent and relevant professional development

· Demonstrate experience of building success in behaviour management
