New College Durham Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and well-motivated Assistant Headteacher, to join a very effective senior leadership team. The responsibilities of this post will be Maths.
Desirable:
- a successful track record of leadership and management with experience of working in the field of Maths and promoting the highest possible of standards of achievement.
- excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and motivate teams of staff, and the strategic skills necessary to contribute effectively to our programme of whole school improvement.
The successful candidate will help us provide a supportive, stimulating environment, share our high expectations of achievement for all students and be a champion for education as a vehicle to improve the life chances of the young people in our community.
