The governing body of the H3 Federation is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher for our Harmood, our SEMH Special School. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably talented, ambitious and motivated senior leader to lead and oversee the future development of our teaching and learning within the Special School.  H3 is proud to be at the forefront of inclusion, serving the wider Camden family of schools with a range of bespoke pathways and re-integration provision.

We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate:

•      An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student.

•      The knowledge, drive and skills to lead on the delivery of the school’s curriculum, development of teaching and learning, and assessment.

•      Knowledge of SEMH and successful experience of supporting SEND students to reach their potential

•      Potential and desire to continue to grow professionally and transform the life chances of our students and their families.

•      Genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration in support of our new Head of School

•      An ability to develop colleagues and support their wellbeing
