Assistant Manager Salary: £26,641.90 per annum
The Trust is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the on-going development and operational aspects of #JunX10n, Donaldson’s Trust’s transitions support service for young people aged 14 to 25 with neuro-diversities.
The service aims to empower young people to identify goals and ambitions for their future by improving their understanding of their own strengths and wellbeing needs and gaining opportunities to engage in activities that could lead to increased community engagement, further education opportunities, or employment.
The successful candidate will have knowledge or experience of person centred planning, with an appreciation of the importance of holistic development for young people and the impact which this can have in sustaining meaningful employment or developing their own enterprise.
Our ambitious search requires that candidates have experience within a similar service at management level with a comprehensive background in working with young people between the ages of 14 to 25. A driven individual who can work alongside service users to co-author a vibrant and forward thinking service which will constantly prioritise successful outcomes for each young person.
Requirements: Essential: SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9 or equivalent or working towards PVG certificate required
Desirable: SVQ Care Service Leadership and Management at SCQF Level 10 or equivalent or working towards
