An exciting career development opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Principal of MFL.  This role would suit a dynamic and energetic individual who is looking to develop in their career.  It may be of particular interest for someone who is looking for fast track career progression and has the potential to be an outstanding leader.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and a passion for languages. We are looking to appoint an inspiring practitioner who will build upon the success of the MFL Department and lead and develop an innovative curriculum that allows our students to achieve their best possible outcomes.

The Eastern Learning Alliance is a small, successful Trust who is highly supportive of MFL and keen to develop the department at Witchford.  There are plenty of opportunities to develop the department in the direction that you choose and you will be extremely well supported by Trust staff in your leadership role.
