Contract: 36hrs per week, Term time only + 20 days (210 days)
Are you passionate about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to play a crucial role in promoting regular school attendance and supporting our students' academic success.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily attendance records and collaborate with teachers to address absenteeism.
Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to understand and resolve attendance-related issues.
Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of punctuality and regular attendance.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding attendance concerns and collaborate on solutions.
Maintain accurate attendance records and generate reports for analysis.

Willowfield is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school for pupils aged 11-16, located in Walthamstow, East London. The school provides 990 places.
Willowfield moved to a brand new building in September 2015, with state-of-the-art facilities including dance and drama studios, plus a wildlife garden. The move created 300 additional places for applicants in Walthamstow.
